The tools are provided as they are

Documenter is offered free of charge and "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work to make the conversions accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee a particular result for every file. Always check the output before you rely on it.

Exam and form specifications are unverified

Any exam or form requirements shown on this site — file sizes, dimensions, formats — are unverified placeholders gathered from secondary sources. They may be outdated or wrong. They are a convenience only. Before you submit anything, confirm the requirements against the official notification from the relevant authority. Documenter is not affiliated with any exam body, government department, or authority.

No claim of official acceptance

Documenter makes no claim that a file it produces will be accepted by any portal, and no claim about legal validity or certification. Producing a file that meets a stated size or dimension is not a guarantee that a particular website will accept it.

Your files and your responsibility

Your files are processed entirely on your own device and are never uploaded to us (see the privacy page). You are responsible for the files you process and for keeping your own backups. Documenter has no access to them and cannot recover them.

These terms may change as the project develops. The current version always lives on this page.
