Tips
- Add images in reading order — the PDF keeps the order you see in the list.
- For a document you scanned as several photos, a size limit keeps the combined PDF small enough to upload.
- Very large phone photos are scaled down to a sensible page size automatically, so the PDF doesn't become enormous.
Keeping text selectable
Images have no text layer, so a PDF built from images is not searchable. If you started from a text PDF and only need it smaller, use Compress PDF instead, which can keep the text selectable.
